The crucible was originally called faction wars because of the different vendors in the tower. We are also missing 2 of them which I'm hoping they bring out with the dlc's and in the alpha there were different stories for each vender that tied in to the main plot of the game. But all that has since been removed for untold reasons..... Love this game just wish it was what I first played not it's Whana'be twin....

My guess is if they do bring more vendors some will be in the reef, the area was shown in one reveal trailers as a hub, so that would give the reef a purpose.

oh interesting. I didn't know that was the original plan. I guess I didn't come up with the idea. Either way I hope they do it.
