This is something that occurred to me a while back, but I've been too lazy to post this inquiry-slash-idea on the forums. It was based on a couple of things: 1.) There are about 9-10 Queen missions I never completed. 2.) The Queen of the Reef did state in a cutscene that she would expect reciprocation for her helping us in the Story. Though I have carried out Bounties for her and completed some of her missions, I did miss out on those missions before the week's reset. I had my reasons for not carrying out those missions, such as how they were a huge pain in the ass, not to mention that dismantling copies of what I already earned prior wouldn't yield any Ascendant material. I was more preferential to doing Queen bounties, though I only ever made it as high as Lv.2, being but 2/3 of the way towards Lv.3 (Reputation). But this worry of mine should feel more like an idea, which I should just pitch here in the forums. Basically, as I see it, the Queen of the Reef is one who truly means business. Obviously when we first met her and her brother, they weren't very kind to us. We even killed a Vex Gatelord for them and they were still all like "F**k you," and stuff. We did all these bounties and missions for her and I'm sure she and her brother still view us with nothing but absolute contempt. So I was wondering.....since I didn't complete 9-10 missions before the week's reset during her emissary's time in the Tower, does that mean that I will be "punished" by the Queen in some way? I was wondering if maybe she would send assassins or other forces against me 9-10 times, and if I manage to repel them 9-10 times, I won't suffer from her wrath anymore. And though I say "me", I'm not excluding anyone else. I'm sure there are lots of people who didn't carry out all of the Queen's missions. So the idea would be that, somehow, the Queen would send forces after you a certain number of times, based on how many missions you missed. Before the weekly reset I recall not finishing about 9 or 10 missions; I think the limit was 10, but you'd get new missions when completing her bounties. I think it would make for an interesting challenge in the game world. Not sure how these occurrences would be carried out, though. Maybe they could manfiest similarly to Public Events? To me, implementation of this would also uphold how this game is touted to be "persistent", but that's just my opinion. So what do you all think?
