Sorry should have been more clearer Wtf are you talking about? I never said anything about a Titan. Since you're on the subject though why not give them an extra grenade? Only 1 grenade charges at a time anyway. It's not a huge advantage. I believe all classes are balanced without armor perks. Nothing wrong in getting something extra in an exotic armor.
