The classes are balanced.
The gear is clearly not balanced. Warlocks uniquely lack counterparts to some of the best gear available to other classes. I assume this is accidental.

I look at yhe fact that if they gave sunsingers or voidwalkers the ability to get a third 3rd colomn ability (the extra that is offered to titans from 2 diff helms for supers) they'd be OP as hell. Super nova that breaks into 3 and has vortex... damn. Or self rez with decreased incoming damage, it would be too ridiculous.
