Why?

I see that your post seems to be about armor rating and some exotic boots apparently. Let's add some elements to this, Titans=TANK=Should have more armor than other classes. Hunter=Sniper/Swordsman=They should have more armor than a warlock and less than a titan. Warlock=Mage= Mostly a supporter. They should have less armor with abilities that enhances their survivability. Now let's talk about these lovely exotic boots that don't exist. In my opinion, I don't care for boots+ Raid boots let's you carry more heavy ammo.
