Ok, you mean the Gift of the Sun perk.
For so many reasons, this subclass perk is not comparable to the armour perk in
question.
But the main point is, the classes are balanced while the gear is not.
Locks also lack exotic boots. The list goes on.

Yeah I know. I posted Somewhere else about the 2 grenade perk for titans. Being available to all their classes overall cuz it's gear based not class based. I'm not arguing I'm just informing on the subclass for gift of sun.
