I have no problem paying for the DLC. I don't care if the map areas are already on the disc. This is stuff people spend their time, skill, and energy on for our entertainment and that holds value to me. Either pay for the content and play, or don't pay for it and don't play. But to demand it for free is ridiculous. I'm not going to say no to freebies from a game developer but neither am I going to demand it. The people at Bungie, and yes, even Activison, have families to feed and businesses to run.
