Helpful people will die when that randomized VoG gets update.
Atheon teleporting at random? -blam!- that. Im probably gunna stick with my own team.
I normally would help, but the craziness that would bring is stupid.

Get 3 warlocks. Let all 3 get supers . Before he teleports 3 warlocks kill themselves use super to revive when everyone's inside. Rinse and repeat

That idea is the dumbest thing I've ever -blam!-ing heard. Another reason not to assist, thank you for another point. What if one of those warlocks is better inside? For relic holding? Point is, I shouldn't have to search for Warlocks. I can play all roles. Not worried about that. For those newbies VoG raiders, this will kill their learning. It'll be chaos. On hard mode, it'll be chaos. Strategy is out the window. Only reason I help people is cause I figure out who needs to change roles and establish a better system. There is no system in this update.

Only is chaos without leadership, if you expect people to all be monkeys in the raid. Take control, be calm and give directions. To the people that are ported, ask them to state where they are at and let them do what they do. If they don't know how to use the relic, inform them of how to use the relic, if they don't know how to kill oracles tell them how to kill oracles. It really isn't that hard, hard mode is expected to be hard and only to be completed by skilled elite players who know what they are doing. People that have completed the raid before, and know all of the roles. Newbies will not be doing hard mode raid for a first raid, and it shouldn't be expected. And if they don't follow directions, there is nothing you can do. If you try and complete a raid with stubborn people that are not open to listening you really shouldn't have partied up with them in the first place, but honestly its not your fault. But I have never been party to people who were that stubborn. The main problem, is people lv 26, 27 + that are ill equipped for the situation. You have to have legendary or higher weapons to start the raid, you won't be doing any damage if you don't. So make sure before you even start the raid, to inspect people and make sure they are equipped for the situation, first tell for a person that knows what they are doing is what they have equipped. I am all for newbies for the raid, I would have no problem with myself and six first time VoG goers, even with the random teleporting business. You just tell them what to do, and you will be fine, but be sure to invite properly equipped people. And that is to be expected, if your best gear is still blues with some queens guard armour, you should not attempt the raid quite yet. Do strikes, get vanguard equipment or crucible equipment and try when you are at your absolute best.

You are telling me things that I already know. As a level 30, I don't have alot of better things to do at the moment. I used to help, but I'm not going to put any effort in a team that is incapable of listening.

I disagree, at least get through the Templar with friends even at 25/26. They can help carry you and you'll get the gear/weapons/materials needed for getting higher. Once you have opened all the chests drop out and thank them for their help. Return the favor later when you have leveled high enough to do atheon.
