Awesome idea. We know Bungie can do it. Hell, record some random dialogue, re-skin the various NPCs already there and make them non-hostile. Perfect.

"Can" and "will" are very different. I don't see adding NPCs doing anything to prolong the amount of time you spend doing an activity so I doubt it will happen.
