You realize that you can find the gear that's for sale from the vendors while playing and it will often have different perks than the armor they sell right? (barring exotics of course)
My Sunsinger kicks ass, in PvP and in PvE, so I have no idea what you're going on about.

Nothing in the game for locks comes close to that titan exotic chest. That is the whole point.

Well maybe giving Titans an extra rocket is balancing the game? Voidwalkers seriously mess them up with the Nova Bomb.
