I have a feeling that a lot of people will simply lie about having it. For what it's worth, I have one, but I don't have it equipped right now since I was doing crucible with the newest op weapon in the game. You'll have to check my profile if you want to know what it is. Anyway, as a final note, after all of the math is done, only around 15,000 of the average 3.2 million that log onto destiny each day have it. I wish I knew the actual total player count, but so far that's all I have from Bungie.
