Confessions of a 29 Titan
1. I spent the first month of this game beating every strike, mission and raid the way it was meant to be played.
2. In the last week or so, I have played with "cheap" tactics such as hiding under platforms to beat certain priests and so on.
3. I love to take friends farming, I seem to have a sharp eye and knack for chests and materials so they always ask.
4. Sometimes I have 100+ of the material my friends want to farm for... and I go along anyways, even if I need 3 more of a different material to complete an upgrade.
5. I give my own voice-over and act out the loading screen dialogues.
6. I have pushed an AFK'er or two off the nearest ledge with my Sparrow.
7. I have never AFK'd a match, strike, or mission.
8. I jump off of the tower. Alot. I don't know why I do this.
9. My first Exotic dropped during my first Nightfall clear after 2 weeks of failure. I celebrated!
10. I bought my second Exotic with Strange Coins I earned by spending hours on chests, strikes, publics, etc.
11. I spent a week and a half farming for Vanguard marks, not realizing I had reached the cap of 200 already. I've looked but... the Lost Items service doesn't recognize my pain :(
12. Sometimes I stand far away in the Mothyards with a sniper rifle, and count "eenie, meenie, minie, moe" to select a random target for death. Then I hop on my Sparrow and go about my business.
13. I get so excited when I see a Public Event pop up.
14. My first time in Vault of Glass, I freely admitted that I didn't know what I was doing. I was then able to learn a role.
15. I have learned the importance of explaining the encounters in VoG if there's anyone I don't know in the group, because some people are too embarrassed to admit their first time.
16. I get upset if my usual Pike gets taken after Dinklebot askes if we think they'd mind. It's the second from the right. Please steer clear of it.
17. If someone is being a kill hog and buries themselves at a cave, door or "enemies are moving against each other" entrance, I drop a bubble on it.
18. Sometimes I will randomly follow another player around and kill whatever they are shooting at to help.
19. I have a deep loathing for Minotaurs, especially in the Nexus.
20. My hate for Psion majors with shields has almost reached #19.
21. Whoever decided to give Knights and Hobgoblins shield abilities.... I hope you get the flu.
22. I refuse to wear a Titan Mark that isn't long and flowing and fancy. No matter how much rep it gives me.
23. When I'm in a Fireteam in orbit getting ready for a raid, I look at all the spaceships rolling deep and play gangsta rap music in my head.
24. I kill all Captains on principle. Even if I have to go out of my way to do it. I dislike how cocky they are.
25. I like to push members of my Fireteam away from the NPC they're talking to in the Tower while they are in their menus.
26. I will kick your ball off the edge of the tower.
27. I look at the gouges in the moon and wonder what happened.
28. I don't think everything is as it seems.
29. I was a massive loot cave whore.
30. My laundry piles up more than it used to.
31. My Titan is female. Sometimes it does disturbing things to the male Titans in the Tower.
32. I have never thrown a dance party in my Bubble :(
33. Sometimes during encounters I fall off the map and blame someone else for pushing me off.
34. I don't understand why our space ships fly backwards before diving forward in orbit.
35. I still scream like Chris Tucker in the Fifth Element when Stealth Vandals swarm me.

Level 28 hunter. 1) I've been playing since 3 days after launch, when I hit level 20 I kept on getting EXP points instead of looking for better gear becuase I wasn't sure on how to use LP 2) I'm always in the forums during work time, never when I'm home 3) I'm all day thinking of which mission I will be completing, or which planet I will be patroling tonight when I get home from work. 4) I'm a bladedance whore, and I don't feel it is OP 5) I HATE how the knucklehead helmet looks like, but I love the perks on it. 6) If I see someone while on patrol, I try to stay as close as I can before they dissapear in their mission, just to feel more social. 7) I simply HATE stealth vandals more than anything else in the destiny universe. 8) I love patroling earth more than any other planet, just because it feels like home. 9) When I'm the best in my team in PvP, I know that the team sucks. 10) If I see you in the tower, I will inspect your character. Always. 11) If I see a female character I immediately assume it's a guy using a female character to get more friends. 12) I love dancing every time I finish a mission, no matter how easy or hard it was. 13) I love racing with my sparrow. 14) I have so many shaders that I like, but a lot of people uses them, so I often use ugly shaders just because I like to look different. 15) When I was about to hit Rank 2 in crucible (and being able to buy legendary gear) I read somewhere that the factions were easier to level up, and It took me a week to level up to rank 1, when I could just have played one more PvP match and get Rank 2 in crucibles. 16) I stay awake every thursday night, just to see what Xur has, even if I'm not planning on buying anything. 17) I like joining random fireteams if they are public. 18) My fireteam is always set to public to have random people joining. 19) I've never AFK'd a match/raid/strike, and never will. 20) If I'm patroling Venus, I will help anyone who is attempting to open the Vault of Glass and then say goodbye as I see their shadows dissapear. 21) Sometimes when I'm waiting for a public event to start in the Mothyards, I wait in the tip of a wing of one of the airplanes and start sniping anyone who goes through in their sparrow, and I try really hard to make their sparrow explode. 22) I always stand face to face to someone in an NPC menu, so when they exit, first thing they'll see is my face.

1 ReplyConfessions of a lvl 27 Titan male 1. Whenever I'm cruising on patrol and see other players getting hammered by waves of enemies I rush in and use my punches alone to save the day. This is the way of my Titan. 2. I always give a wave salute to anyone in my random fire team at the end of a strike or mission as thanks for their help 3. I am an addict for any flowing stylish Titan mark, and get a little sad when I slap on the less stylish FWC mark to grind for gear 4. I have an addiction for punching out Spider Tanks with my mighty fists, and I dance over its corpse. I don't know why 5. I have successfully but punch killed the Archon priest once, I jumped and danced everywhere in thrill of not having died instead 6. I am still a VoG virgin. And won't touch it until I can get a headset 7. I am addicted to headshotting majors with my auto rifle. It's unusually satisfying 8. I only leveled my Defender class to help others in strikes, outside of strikes I won't touch the class on my life 9. I always dance next to Xur when he shows up the first day. I like to think it makes him uncomfortable 10. I voice over my own story to the cutscenes. Especially when confronting the Queens brother. I like to think I knee capped him for his fat mouth and walked away in slow motion to his sisters surprise 11. I have never not danced over Sepktis Primes dead ass for all the times he killed me as a younger Titan.... 12. I'm a ho for planning out all the exotic builds I would make if they ever lift the one and one limit... 13. I check out other Titans for their gear in the tower when their busy with menus.... 14. Every time I meet the Speaker or Dead Orbit I wish I could throw shoulder charges or punches at their smug faces 15. I'm unreasonably sure that the ambassador for New Monarchy wants me dead because I laugh at his mustache 16. I grind rep solely to get gear to make my Titan look like a knight in matching color coordinated gear. And then change my mind as to which rep.... 17. I can't stand rocket launchers unless their exotics, then their just too pretty not to use

If your standing on the fan in the tower I am pressing the button. I dance before talking to any NPC If I see a player sitting I sit next to them I try to run up walls titanfall style in the tower even though I knoe it does nothing I habe killed myself with rockets more than I would care to admit

I once road killed a random fire team member during a strike that was AFK. Not pushed him off a ledge. Road killed. I have yet to do that again. Pretty sure it was a glitch. After I revived him I proceeded to see how far into the strike(Dust Palace) I could take him before he came back. I would push him along, hop off my sparrow, kill some enemies, hop back on, push him some more and repeat. I got him to the first door where you use your ghost before he D/Cd due to being away. I was deeply saddened by this as I felt I could have gone much further :(

1. If I don't like your shader, I provide an endless supply of free deaths to the opposing squad to ensure we lose. 2. I used to dance in the loot cave and then go make a sandwich. 3. I browse the forums more than I play the game. 4. If all enemies are dead in the divide, I friendly fire like a maniac until some spawn. 5. I rocket all fallen skiffs before the fallen jump, wiping the whole lot. Then I say something like "Regroup! Regroup!" as it flies away.

I just stand right in front of them and wave. 2) I lure enemies into my shield (toughness buff) so I can beat them to death without anyone stealing the kill. 3) I dance at the least appropriate times, often jumping into danger before doing so. 4) I have experienced a glitch in the Vault of Glass that took away my weapons, leaving me to beat a succession of harpies to death with nothing but my fists. I also stopped to point at the Templar and yell into my mic "You're next!". 5) I use my titan as a weapons dealer for my other characters, because their faction rep isn't high enough to buy their own legendary stuff. 6) The first faction I joined was Dead Orbit, for no other reason that the fact their representative is voiced by Peter Stormare. 7) I believe the Vex Mythoclast should be OP ... and I don't even have it. 8) I foolishly dismantled my first piece of raid armour because I didn't want to replace The Armamentarium ... I now have 3 Kabr's Wrath chest pieces, so I fretted over nothing. 9) I've been into the Terminus, but I wasn't the one to get us there. 10) I have punched every strike boss and lived. 11) I hate Crucible, but have a burning need to take part in events. I reached rank 3 in Iron Banner and the experience almost drove me to stop playing Destiny. 12) My raid team always follows my lead, but I'm not sure why. The first team I completed it with even decided to make a new clan, with me in charge no less. 13) Given the choice, I prefer to beat something to death rather than shoot it. 14) I got The Last Word as a random drop in the week the game was released. So many people kept telling me it was the gun they wanted that I put it in my vault to stop people commenting on it and haven't used it since. 15) I mock hunters and despise warlocks. 16) When I play control, I deploy my shield in enemy zones and dance while capturing it, in plain sight of enemies. I then proceed to beat down anyone who comes inside, even blade dancers. 17) The above does not apply to titans running into my shield and doing their smash, or to warlocks novabombing me. Both negate my shield and toughness buff. 18) I also curse quite profusely when a hunter I was taunting to come inside turns out to be a gunslinger with his super ready. 19) I suffered buyer's remorse when I chose to buy Red Death instead of the Helm of Saint-14. I suffered it again a few days later when Red Death dropped for me when completing my weekly raid run. 20) My best Crucible K/D ratio is 19. Rather than being proud of my effort, I was concerned about the skill of the other team. I NEVER do that well in PvP. 21) I have completed over a dozen exotic bounties with my titan, while my other characters are yet to receive their first. 22) My fondest experience in Destiny was coming across three level 26 guardians attempting to open the Vault of Glass. I spent a few minutes racing back and forth between sync plates killing Praetorians as fast as possible before moving to the next, or holding a plate until a fallen player could return to it. Once the spire activated, I raced to the door and waited for it to open as they danced. I then pointed down the tunnel, waved to the players and then turned and slowly walked away into the sunset. 23) I deleted my warlock to make another titan, who is also level 29.

1. Spent aloooot of hours convincing me that it will be more fun if i just try to enjoy it .. 2. After spending even more hours I felt aggrovated that i even spent one hour to begin with.. 3. Felt happy knowing my Destiny disc and cover helped keep me and my wife warm as it burned nicely in the fireplace... 4. Playing good entertaining games now that dont need me to "try" to have fun.. and waiting for new good games on the horizon..

2 RepliesLevel 25 Awoken Hunter. 1. Whenever we have dance parties in the Tower, being the only Awoken I am jealous of everyone else's dance moves. (Especially any Exo) 2. In the Tower I make the tree in front of the Gunsmith my personal fort with every visit. 3. I got Destiny 2 weeks before my brother and teased him about it. His gear list is all purple and yellow. Mine is still blue and purple. 4. I've never picked up any legendary loot. Yet, every time we play, my teammates do. 5. Before Destiny I watched a lot of television. Now I'm 3 or 4 episodes behind on at least 5 different shows that I have watched religiously for years. 6 . I often have to find places to hide from enemies so I can take my 3 year old to potty, get her snacks or listen to her tell me how she needs some running power. 7. I get random invites and friend request from people in the Tower everyday and I ignore 99% of them. 8. I love stealing head shots from my friends. 9. If a friend says they will be right back and they are gone for more than 5 minutes we assume they have died and continue without them. 10. I hate Captains more than anything. I save rockets specifically for them.

Confession of a lvl 25 warlock 1. I hate to restart any subclass,but somehow enjoy it ? 2. I hate to farm,but i enjoy it? 3. I prefer the force push/melee than shooting the enemy 4. I always get weapon engram,dont know why 5. When i finish strike i always dance or kill myself 6. In pvp i hate bladedancer cause i always get killed by them 7. I missed several episodes of some tv shows 8. I love headshots animation 9. Lately i play destiny while listening to any rock music 10. Wanted to go see what VoG looks like but lack the gear 11.hate the shield ability 12. Really have that akward feeling when fighting vex 13.

Level 27 hunter 1) I usually play alone. 2) I am terrible at PvP and have had to abandon two exotic weapons bounties because I could not do the PvP requirement:-( 3) I almost never get more than 20 minutes uninterrupted to play. 4) ...back to 3--I often sit down in out of the way places to AFK while in patrol or while doing solo missions. 5) ...back to 4-- I came back to my game to find another guardian T-bagging my hunter. When I stood up he bowed to me. I bowed back. 6) When I beat the weekly Heroic Strike solo I was very proud of myself. 7) I like to stand between Guardian and vendors while they are conducting business and start dancing. Some have started dancing back when they exited the interaction screen. 8) I like doing my Hunter's dance for real in public. My kids think it's hilariou...my wife is not amused. 9) I like riding the fan at the post office 10) I lost count of how many times I've done the strike on Earth.

29 Warlock I completed VoG once and have decided not to go back until connection issues are better, seen so many BEEs it felt like I was fighting the hive. ("We've woken the hive!" Kept popping in my head after half a dozen or so) I enjoy hitting the ramps on my sparrow and doing 360's in the the air anywhere I see one.

Oh you HAVE to throw a dance party in your bubble! At least at the end of every strike if your meter is full. Even more fun when you're throwing a dance party in Cruc:Control while the other team just stands scared and watches.

I went back to my Titan after about another week, and spent ascendant materials on his gear. 5. I currently play my Warlock, my first and only level 30. 6. Yes, I do this in literally every game.

12 RepliesWow i'm a level29 titan and it seems that u're in some ways my soulmate :) ... but i's add... 1. even though there is no difference in getting loot - i always want to be guy with the most kills in strikes 2. i feel embarrassed when i'm on third place 3. it always gives me the creeps, when it's dark in my room and there are thralls sneaking behind my back - even if they are level6ers and not a real threat 4. i like to sit down at scenic landscapes (mostly on earth) 5. I hate Valus Ta`aurc. No Reason. Just hate him. 6. my favorite move is flying into the bubble of another titan with my fist of havoc 7. i use every possible exploit - but i'm happy with bungie fixing it (like the loot cave), cause i feel bad about doing it 8. i got about 13 leg. engrams from the loot cave and when everything turned into blue items i hated the crpytarch - now i understand. 9. i've never tbagged corpses - dunno why 10. Although i'm level29, not bad at raiding and able to have pvp-killrates above 2.5 - i think there are so many people who are better players than i am.
