XCOM EU & EW (share a spot because EW is basically an upgraded EU) Destiny certainly makes the list for me. It has been the first game that has gotten me to not just enjoy, but actively seek out friends online to co-op with. I love the gameplay (a first for me as I usually don't enjoy FPSs) and even though I am extremely disappointed with the story, I am interested in the Grimoire and in the direction that the story may go. While I have certainly enjoyed the Halo series, no Bungie game has ever held me for more than a couple of weeks (normally I quit after beating the story on Legendary). Destiny, on the other hand, has just enough rpg elements to keep me coming back for more and more.
