I think that every week, all the clan gets together and plays some rounds of [b]Crucible[/b], [b]Raids[/b], or [b]Strikes[/b]. In due time when the clan starts to recruit more people, everybody will need to meet everyone. The best way to do that would be for a meet and greet game in Destiny! Every leader can be the "leader" of tel game mode. So one week Hunters will play Strikes, another week, they could be playing Crucible. Thoughts?
