Exotic Bounties are one way to obtain everyone's much wanted Exotic Weapons. You get them from Xander 99-40, the bounty tracker in the Tower, from completing bounties. When you finally get one, (it will be long-awaited for some people) you will be offered three different bounties, and forced to choose one.
