I have noticed that most of the forum postings are related to most or all of the things that players need help with in the game but what I do not see anywhere is to get help with this website.
I am extremely tired of sending 'bnetbugs@bungie.com' and just get an automated response for the last week or longer and no reply. I also have submitted several postings on their help forum and tagged them bnet bugs and in the account/help sections in hopes that they will get read but again I have gotten no reply of any kind.
I am starting to think I am just getting completely ignored but hope that is not the case and just do not know what else to do which adds to my frustration. So how posting with the same web support request do I have to submit before somebody will take the time to read this ongoing issue I am having and send me a reply.
For some reason after logging in to my account and going to this website, http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/7143100#context=settings&tab=notificationsAndEmail, and at the validation email link and clicking on it which should have you send me a email to validate that address.
After several tries on different days I am just not getting that email or any email from you but know that my email service thru Microsoft Outlook with Comcast.net is working because I am getting and able to send email from others.
I am still not able to validate my email account and sure would like to start receiving emails from you. I have also checked in all folders in both Microsoft Outlook and in my GMail.com for any emails from Bungie but could not find any so I think I just am not getting the emails..
I just also tried changing my Bungie email address to my gmail.com email address and I am still having the same problem. I think there might be a problem with this service on the bungie website.
BUNGIE web team Please investigate your system because I think their is a problem with their website relating to the email validation function.
I also would very much like to see you please fix my characters so that they display properly with Microsoft IE 11 which does not happen. Also I would like to be able to archive or delete old forum board postings that have been their for awhile. It would be nice to have you add those features for everyone who has a registered account.

I too have been having this same EXACT problem, changed email address and everything. I second this issue.
