Those areas are still on disc and they have been there since the Alpha.

Pretty much all of those missions shown in the video have already existing areas in the game.

But the areas themselves are probably still incomplete.

I can't find the post DeeJ made but he talked about how areas were in the game as placeholders or something and that they just had to finish them up before the DLC.
