Except you can trade and sell in almost every MMO so what's the problem with adding it to Destiny? I think the major obstacle for Bungie is that really only is about getting legendary and exotic gear. There isn't really much else to the game. So you add trading and the game's content is reduced significantly. This isn't a defense for no trading, it's a sad realization of what the game actually is.
