tl;dr You can't handle the meat.
Also, if I had to kill them myself I wouldn't eat meat. All that going vegan would achieve is me wasting a shit ton of my time going out of my way and spending money I don't have.

Going out of my way to not eat meat, eggs, or anything derived from animal origin is, yes, too expensive. How much do you think the internet costs?

No, I mean by not eating any form of meat, eggs, milk, or anything of animal derivation, resulting in a huge inconvenience for me, therefor me "going out of my way".

Except there are alternatives to all those things -- in different parts of the supermarket.

That in no way constitutes a "huge inconvenience". You're taking the mildest inconvenience possible and overstating it. But obviously if convenience is more important to you than ethics, you don't need to even do that. You can just say it outright.

Yes, as someone who has lived both lifestyles, I am telling you it isn't a huge inconvenience. It's easy to form an incorrect opinion of something when you haven't actually tried it yourself.
