Chief has forerunner DNA, he touched the Didact during the end of Halo 4. Could he go through a brevet mutation like born stellar?
-
That's not how it works.
-
It's possible though, I know the Didact took longer to do this with born stellar.
-
Still not how it works at all.

With a brevet mutation does the original donor die after sharing the imprint? From what I understand the Didact in Cryptum was killed by the master builder but maybe he would have died anyway. I have just started the last book in the forerunner saga trilogy and I haven't read the 72 hours after Halo 4 comics yet. Thank you Forthenco, O'll wise one.

Edited by FlipyaptheRipper: 10/6/2014 1:53:12 PMI think he's asking if chief can become the next version of the didact, as it has already happened before. (Halo cryptum)

That's right. That's what I was asking.

Remember that the librarian SPED UP his evolution in order to resist the composer. Also there's references from spark to chief about ISO didacts choices when the halo fired in the forerunner series. There might be a bit of BORNSTELLAR in him but as for didact... I don't think so.
