I find personally this would be the best sniper for pvp but for pve it is useless with the radar and the stealth like I told my friend I really do want this rifle for sure but me having it I know I wont use it properly in pve because you really can't the 2 bonuses are really designed for pvp :( I love the look of the rifle I just with it had better additions then the radar and stealth (at least for pve)

I honestly that the stealth ability will work best in pve because it will give you a chance to make the most of each shot. In pvp the other players (I think) will see the scope's glare making that ability useless. But the radar is hands down great for pvp.
