Nah, I disagree. I think it's fairly powered. In Beta I fell in love with Golden Gun, but as soon as I hit level 15 I found my new true love, Arc Blade. I had to practice with it and learn when to use it and how to be smart while in Arc Blade. It's super strong as far as offense. No one can deny that. It reks super hard, but you have to know how to efficiently dash towards people and use your right trigger skill (whatever it is) to proficiency. Having a 3x defense shield would make it too op. It already has a good shield, but making a near invincible super with 1 hit kill and super speed is just...agh...wayyyy to op. speed and lethality, and a decent shield, but you have to be smart.
