Shoulder charge is the only thing that's questionable and unless you've played a Titan your opinion doesn't matter, you have to be on both sides to see if something is overpowered or not.

The only thing broken about the Titan is the Mid-Air Charge. It homes in on people when you are close enough. This one time I didn't know where someone was before I touched the ground so I did a 360 (thank you max sensitivity) and it homed in on him.
