The fist of havoc is supposed to kill people but at max it only kills about 3 maybe 4 people. The shoulder charge is hard to use because you have to be sprinting for a while in order to activate it. And the grenades are no worse than any other grenade. As for the defender titans ability it's supposed to be used to capture a point or a relic and you have to be really dumb to run in there because you will be killed. Just play smarter that's all.
