anyone else having this issue?
After the patch 1.0.2 everytime I get a "package" from the postman (which is legendary-purple) I open it up and it's all blue.. I've gotten at least 5 since the patch and each one has had 2 blue engrams everytime.. I thought the point of the patch was to make legendary (purple items) give legendary engrams/gear. Before the patch I was getting many purples from the post man...
I'm also seeing far less blues (and purples) from random drops.. I think they need to tweak it again.. IMO they made it worse than it was.. I was getting a least a few purple drops a day and even when I ranked up my Vanguard/Cryptarch I would get at least one purple..

And don't get me wrong here... I love the game.. I've been putting a lot of hours into it and really looking forward to seeing what they have on deck for the future.. Just think they need to adjust this last patch a bit

[b]Having your exact problem post patch[/b]. Scarce blue/purple drops. And my packages marked as purple Legendary are turning into blue garbage. It was fine before patch. Now I am getting boned!

3 RepliesMy engrams have been consistently turning into the same color items, but I've also noticed fewer drops. I actually expected them to nurf / tweak the drops though, I was getting ALOT before the patch, but I think they dialed it back abit too far. Maybe 1/2 way between would be a good fit.
