You need to be Level 29, Full upgraded weapons including a rocket launcher, preferably a Warlock Sunsinger class, and have completed at least One Raid and are familiar with the enemies and weaknesses. Only because there are 3 spots open and that's the Bravo Team who'll be in the present with Aetheon while Alpha are in the timestream, thus you go down, get right back up.
