Companion app fow Windows Phone 8?

Come on Bungie? I would love to be able to read all this Grimoire cards on my Windows Phone device. Is there is a chance for Companion app on the WP8 in the near future?

    • It is a bummer that EA Sports can develop a companion app for Windows Phone 8.1, but Bungie cannot. I understand that the market share for Windows Phone is somewhere between 5-10% worldwide. However, some of Bungie's biggest fans are also Microsoft enthusiast. That was bound to happen based on Bungie's previous association with Microsoft. I bet if you did a poll, the number of Windows Phone users on destiny would be higher than the actual market share percentage (I understand this is pure guesswork on my part. However, I feel like I am not the only one that is a big fan of both Microsoft and Bungie). I am amazed that Bungie has a team dedicated to a companion app and has failed to release the app for Windows Phone. Especially when Bungie talks about giving all their fans the same experience (I'll just ignore the exclusive Playstation content here). It seems like an intentional dig at Microsoft. The sad part is that this companion app business isn't isolated to not being available on the Windows Phone store. I am forced to use the app on the internet (which does not play nice on my phone). If feels like a slap in the face every time I log into the web companion (using Internet Explorer) and get the note that the companion would work better on a different browser. With the universal apps that can be coded for Microsoft products, with minimal effort you can code a companion app for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1. This would make the app available for phones, tablets, and PCs expanding the availability to even more than just the 5-10% of Windows Phone users. Dear Bungie, please take care of some of your biggest fans and provide a Windows Phone/Windows companion app.
