Day 1 DLC is day 1 DLC. We are discussing content. Skyrim had additional content available for $$$$ on day 1. That is the point of this topic. You are not a programmer. You do not know if the content they have on disc or that you downloaded is FINISHED! You believe it is but, if it's not released yet, then it isn't. Stop assuming you know what Bungie "cut" and admit that you're not a programmer so, you do not know if what's there is finished!!! Again, this is the industry. Vote with your wallet.

You know that the day 1 dlc was just a patch for free for skyrim right? So we are all in this thread talking about dlcs where you have to pay for. Nothing else. I already voted with my wallet. Bf4 was the last. Cod BO2 was the last COD. I like Bungie, I trusted them and bought the game with the DLC. When the rumors are right (and currently it seems like that) Destiny was the last game I bought from them.

I know what it was. I'm just making a point. The point is that you, a gamer/coder, make the assumption the product is ready. That that content is finished. - But, you're not Bungie. I'm not Bungie. A Disc might as well not be a disc anymore because more and more people are going DIGITAL. At this point, you pay for CONTENT... That CONTENT that we ALL downloaded, is obviously not finished yet or Bungie, would've released it. You all assume it's finished...But, the game itself, gets patched CONSTANTLY. This game is an MMO, MMO changes CONSTANTLY. New content CONSTANTLY. This is how our industry works because we as customers, allow it to. I'm glad you vote with your wallet, I do too but, in this case, Bungie has not lied or cheated you...They're making an MMO and it's never going to be finished, ever. Either you accept that this game is constantly changing...Because it is...Or you cry about content that's not available when, Bungie hasn't even finished it yet... Either way: We don't work at Bungie so we don't know what's finished and what isn't!
