Apart from the fact that you usually can't glitch your way into a placeholder.
Players have actually been INSIDE of some of the DLC content using glitches, youtube Destiny King's Watch

If that's the video that has your panties in a bunch, I feel sorry for you. There is nothing there that says "content was 100% finished and Bungie/Activision are intentionally holding back content to make more money." Some dude managed to glitch past the barrier dividing live world from under development. You people get so worked up over nothing.
