You'll have to download these too. Only the base coding exists, not the entire DLC... Same is true of Skyrim. Same is true of BF3/4. I don't know what the disconnect here, this is how the industry now works -- If you don't like it, don't buy the games...Vote with your wallet. Otherwise, once again, common practice is common practice.
