I'm not justifying it but if you think Bungie/Activision are the first companies to have DLC files already on the game disc, you are sadly deluded. It's pretty standard practice anymore for any AAA game that plans to have DLC to have at least some of the base files already on there. Welcome to our modern age of DLC.

I know they're not the first lol I think it's wrong whoever does it but I just didn't expect it from Bungie. They seemed better than most cheap studios but I guess they have fallen that low as well. Just because other people do it doesn't justify that Bungie does it. That's like saying, That guy can run around and murder people, that must mean I can do it too!
