No, because people don't always buy games at launch. They also don't usually stick to a single character. Bungie is adding content all around instead of catering to just those who had already "beaten" the game, which is a good thing.

  • when have games created content for lower areas and sold it as a dlc? if there is one please say but i cant think of one especially not in a game based soley on gear! so who the -blam!- is gonna make there lvl 20+ go through a lvl 10 strike... no sense!! its just greed mate simple as... dlc shudnt be made in mind of being relased 4 months later.. there holding content back.....
