Bungie can't win with some of you guys. Imagine, for a second, that they did release all the DLC content at launch. In a month, people would be whining and bitching and moaning and crying that they've run out of content.
Guess what happens then? They get to wait another year for Bungie to create DLC from scratch after launch. Or months for Bungie to create new events from scratch after launch.
I like the way it works now. I like that the DLC is just around the corner, we have new events every week, and that Bungie is actively patching the game to address things the community is concerned with.
If you don't like that, leave. Go trade your $60 game in for $15 and buy something else you think is worth your ever-so-valuable time.

its a shame that you are ok with paying twice as much for half as much content as most games of this scale have at launch. you are either new to gaming so don't realize how you have been duped or you are such a fanboy that you have chosen to be blind to the BS bungie is pulling on us. either way you and many like you are the reason why developers can so easily take advantage of their fanbase. congratulations on being part of the problem.

Its bullcrap and back when game devs made games they made them complete and released things called EXPANSION PACKS after about a year or two. NOT content already in the final game, just held onto to sell as a dlc to double dip consumers weeks later... Best advise guys don't argue with these idiots and just say no to it. THAT gives them nothing to go on and the truth is revealed... ITS not worth giving them ways to spin the lies... ACTIVISION should be ashamed...

Remember when years ago, gamers had an attention span longer than that of twelve year old with ADD? When developers could wait a year or two before putting out an expansion pack, instead now were a games been out for three weeks and people are shitting their pants over the lack content.

If you feel that way, then leave. Why are you here if you dislike Activision, and apparently Bungie, so much for what they've? I agree, it's pointless to argue with people like me.. but it's also pointless for you to be here if you don't like Bungie/Destiny/the whole DLC thing. Just go play a different game.

He's here because he wants to make Destiny better. It's bad now, but it can be improved. Pointing out the game's flaws is the first step to fixing them.

Yea we paid $60 for plenty of content and we even get patches and events to keep us busy. Extra costs are expected to maintain a 10 year game. I'm happy to invest more on DLC .

You're only assuming that. How do you know the content is there? That Bungie could flip a switch and everyone could immediately start playing it? They could be markers, they could be preparations for DLC, they could be anything. You're just assuming that Bungie is out to get you, and for no reason.

well a strike on earth is lvl 10 thats not in the game so if its future content wouldnt it be lvl at least 20+ as thats max in game!1 also there is a video i belive of someone in the locked away content..

No, because people don't always buy games at launch. They also don't usually stick to a single character. Bungie is adding content all around instead of catering to just those who had already "beaten" the game, which is a good thing.

when have games created content for lower areas and sold it as a dlc? if there is one please say but i cant think of one especially not in a game based soley on gear! so who the -blam!- is gonna make there lvl 20+ go through a lvl 10 strike... no sense!! its just greed mate simple as... dlc shudnt be made in mind of being relased 4 months later.. there holding content back.....

Because the mesh is there, the actual interaction layer is there, just the virtual pathways are closed, I've been inside the Jovian Complex, King's Watch and Seraphim Vault, collected the ghosts, and fought the mini-boss, the DLC is very much there, wouldn't take more than a few megabytes of updates (if that) to allow you access the areas.

That's the way dlc used to work. You paid for a full game. Then at a future date usually about 6 months to a year later /sometimes even longer\ you received the ability to purchase dlc content that was made from scratch after the initial release.

Lol, you fan boys entertain me more than the game :) I bet this game is awesome....ten years from now when it's complete. ( assuming it turns into more than just killing the same mobs of enemy's over and over with various modifiers.)
