Most likely. Once we all get raid gear and enough Shards to raise our raid gear to 30 they will give us NEW gear so we will collect shards to get to level 32..... Then we will find new raid gear.... So we will need more shards to get that to level 33..... Then new gear an DLC will come out so we will need that .....and more shards ..... Then more raid gear ....
