Don't these type of games role out updates little by little to be safe?
Sure, some of the areas are accesible but none of the new strike nor raid areas are accesible which means it isn't all disk locked content.

Just cuz we can't get there, doesn't mean it's not already on the disc. I'm venus, there is a huge portal that goes up to that huge building in the sky. Can't use it yet, but with dlc should be able to.
