Even though it's only blue I still consider it a legendary/exotic weapon. It can only be gotten once. So it's a unique item. It has the full auto ability. Which I have only ever seen on legendary and exotics. It's accuracy is amazing, even for a pulse rifle. In the crucible it can drop people easily at nearly any range. It has a decent sized clip. It has an amazing fire rate even without the full auto. Fast reload. Fast aim. A targeting reticle that does not intrude on your sight when aiming ... Ok what was I getting at? I seem to only want to use this gun again lol.

You can get it as many times as you complete the story mission with a character for the first time.

Never said once per account. just said YOU can only GET one. "You" implies a character. not an account.

No gear in your vault is shared over all your characters so if you have one strangers rifle all your characters have it.

I think the only reason it's classified as rare over legendary is because it's too easy to get.
