This is the exact same thing that is happening to me. I logged on yesterday after work identified a few items and placed a few in my vault. After I went to head off for a strike and got disconnected somehow. I logged back in and had lost the items I identified and was back at venus. Repeated the same thing I did before and once again was diaconnected. Now all I get is the centipede error.
