I'm probably not the only one thinking this, but I think it would be a lot easier to switch between all your gear if we had costumizable presets. There is plenty of room in the start menu on either side of the character. Let's say I wanted to do a raid, but I have on all my crap gear that I'm leveling. *bling*.. Just click on "Raid" preset and voila. Weapons and armor alike should have this setting. It would certainly cut down some waisted time I could be using enjoying the game.
