Well its a couple of things. First you can finish one bounty and then do her weekly quest, where you will fight level 24 monsters, and when you finish it, you get a legendary armor piece. If you complete a bunch of daily quests for her you will gain reputation with her and you may purchase items from her emissary located behind the bounty master. Items she sells are not that great! Oh well, they might add more not sure.
