Quitters need to stop getting penalized. That sounds weird, doesn't it? When I'm playing a round of Rumble Pit, and I see two people teaming up after I'm dead, maybe tea-bagging and celebrating their efforts to team up in a free-for-all in hope of getting more points, I quit because I don't play against people who try to work around the system. Free-for-all is free-for-all and people need to respect the rules. But since there is no possible way to detect people doing things like that, or blatant betrayals etc. (like the disgusting one I just endured 15min ago) then people who quit need to stop getting penalized and other people need to fill their slots when they leave, which is a feature I'm glad they added to Halo 4 that they didn't have in Reach for whatever reason. Some people don't just quit because of being poor losers. Some people quit because other people are poor winners. Whatever they can do to encourage sportsmanship and discourage people who ruin the fun for everyone else, I'm all for it.
