Hell, the game made over 500 million in shipments to retailers. They're on a good start. 2) That's not confirmed (to my knowledge), and isn't relevant. 3) Whoever told you that is a bold faced liar; the game didn't even cost 1/5 of that number according to reports I've seen (which admittedly aren't necessarily reliable, but if Activision would give Bungie 500 million for four games, why the -blam!- would one cost 1.4 billion?) This isn't a possibility. Or at least, an extremely unlikely one.
