WTF is the Cryptarch's problem?
The cryptarch is Pure Evil.
After HOURS of grinding I finally get a Primary Weapon Legendary Enegram and do you know what that asshole gave me?

Happened to me too. 3 legendary engrams = 3 rare items. On the other hand 1 rare engram = 1 legendary arm armor. I don't get it. But I hate that Cryptarch and how it works. Seems heart-breakingly cruel to turn Legendaries into crappy blue items.
