I've gotten two legendary engrams and got crappy rare guns both times that I dismantled immediately!

that mofo only gives me motes of light pulse rifles and heavy weapons and if i have a green engram i only get helmets...at least the only legendary engram i got, he gave me a pair of badass boots.
