This would be nice but either
1) Create a new character to lvl 20 and move your gear to them.
2) Suck it up and live with your decision
This is a very much Diablo type creation where if you want a different look start over. Period.
*This is the least of this games issues.

That is true so since these are more customized at the beginning maybe they will let us change features. Lets just not hope its via Guild Wars 2 way, by currency or real money. Best case by in game items or currency that is within the game.
