Follow up. Confirmed that servers go up 9.8.14 at Noon Bungie time (Pacific). This is so you can play the second you get the game, and it gives Reviewers a slight headstart since they will not be given special time to make a review (IGN's review will be going up quite later then their usual day or two before release)
