Actually it had to do with the fact that their contract expired. Halo reach was their last game and now the sold the rights to 343 i.

I don't think Bungies contract with apple ever expired.. I think microsoft just bought em and stole Halo from em.

O that reason. Yeah, in the beginning bungie was in some financial trouble. Until Microsoft helped them out and they made a contract that they could only make games for xbox a.k.a Microsoft. But the contract has expired and now they are with sony
