We don't know.
Just an FYI, we don't know the actual species name for any of the Covenant species but the Sangheili. All the other names given to them is either human slang, or a Forerunner/Sangheili name.

Those are Sangheili names, and then all their Latin names are Forerunner translations.

Yep. realized that before you posted, but I happen to not know that the scientific names is Forerunner.
