My friend always complains that nobody on PSN uses a mic and when they do they never speak. Haven't had that problem on Xbox.

Psn players use mute buttons.

People use them on xbox (like myself) also. Just many people prefer to speak.

Most xbl players are young and ignore mute even when they start disliking the chat.
