I don't believe it can be referenced legally. You might have noticed that when Microsoft and Bungie separated, Microsoft lost the rights to all Bungie IP other than Halo, and as such, had to change the Forerunner symbol in Halo 4 (which in Halo 1 - 3 was the Marathon symbol).
