Do you really want to work at Bungie?

I hear it on the forums somewhat frequently, the notion of how amazing it would be to work at Bungie. How many people really want that though? For video games, I would rather play the finished product with all of its magic, rather than be in it from the start. Then again, my career is pretty far from the video game making world anyway, so making games is never a career I considered. Do you want to work at Bungie / in the gaming industry? I admit, if I did want to work in gaming, Bungie has an amazing work environment - a model that is healthy and successful for any organization. This forum was inspired by irishfreak's post of the polygon article (linked again here), and brought to you by the number 7.

No. I really considered going to college to become a videogame environment artist (not the real name of the field, don't remember what it was called), and I also looked into what it was really like to be a game tester (after watching Grandma's Boy). It seemed to me that working in the videogame industry is quite stressful and demanding, and I ultimately decided not to pursue an education for those careers. I enjoy the final product of the games I play, but if I did work in the videogame industry I would shoot for a job at Bethesda. No disrespect to Bungie, I just enjoy Bethesdas games more.
